As my surname suggests, I have Central European roots, of which I am very proud. However, by birth, culture, values, personal relationships, and both my personal and professional upbringing, I am proudly Italian.
Born in Trieste on 9 June 1962, I have lived in Rome since 1966, where I completed my education. I graduated from the Virgilio Classical High School before earning my degree with honours in Dentistry and Dental Prosthetics from Sapienza University of Rome in 1988. I also obtained my professional licence to practise dentistry at the same university.
I come from a family with a long-standing tradition in dentistry. My grandfather Theodor Teddy Kirschner, was a well-known dentist in Trieste during the first half of the twentieth century. My father, Maestro Giorgio Kirschner chose to pursue the arts in their purest form, becoming one of Italy's leading choral conductors during the second half of the twentieth century.
At the beginning of my career, I worked for several years with some of Rome's most respected dental practices before establishing Kirschner Dental Practice in 1998.
Over the years, I have continuously refined my clinical expertise through ongoing professional development and the privilege of learning from and working alongside some of the most distinguished figures in Italian and international dentistry.
